As you know, if you have been reading my blogs, I have been vaping for a couple of years now. Well, getting close to 3.   I had some pretty bad lungs due to working at a boat yard, and also from smoking for about three decades.  My lungs got worse over time, and my arteries got swelled to almost closed, that feed my heart.

All my health issues did not come from smoking, but it sure made things worse. I know this, because I have not changed my diet as I should have, and with vaping, I am doing tons better than I was 3 years ago.

However, I have made a few mental notes along the way, that may be helpful to others, so I figured I should jot them here for people to see my own personal health related observations.

Over my time as a vaper, (one who vapes) I noticed that my breathing has gotten much better.  Also, I do feel a bit more energetic. Not a lot, but it is noticeably better.  I now work a full, long day at the vapor store, usually from 8 or 8:30 am, until 4 or 5, and sometimes as late as 8 pm.   I would not have been able to do that just 3 years ago.

As far as my breathing goes, this is what I have noticed:

Starting back before I found ecigs, I would have to use an albuterol  inhaler up to 12 or more times a day. Every day.  Over the years, that has quickly dropped down to 3 or 4 times a day.  That is a huge improvement for me.  I do not feel like I need a puff every couple of hours anymore.  I can go sometimes most of the day without a puff at all.

However…  I do notice now, that I have moved from standard tanks and clearomizers to dripping then on to dripping low (sub-ohms),  I do see the need to take a few more puffs here and there.   I am still noticing that I am down around 4 to 6 times a day, but over all, I am seeing a marginal need to use it more often when I use my sub ohm builds.

As a test, I am going to begin using a tank system again at least 50% of the time for the next 2 weeks.  After that, I may try to go full time on a tank except for a needed cloud here and there.  I just want to see, as a personal test, if my inhaler use goes back down, once I am on a tank again for a little while.

I will keep you posted.

Thanks for stopping by.
